An educator based in southern Manitoba, his award-winning novel, Once Removed garnered a slew of favourable accolades and reviews, won the 2021 Eileen McTavish Sykes Award for Best First Book, and is shortlisted for the Margaret McWilliams Award for Popular Fiction.
