Robert J. Sweeney is an award-winning building and industrial designer who has practised in both Europe and North America. Having studied art and design, he has worked as an industrial design consultant in England, and has won awards for industrial and environmental design. He has previously collaborated with author Murray Peterson on two volumes of Winnipeg Landmarks (Watson & Dwyer) featuring his sketches of famous Winnipeg buildings. He currently lives in Winnipeg.
