Ordering Information

Turnstone's list of books is available to readers directly through our website. We aim to have your order sent to you within 7 days of purchase although sometimes it may take longer depensing on product availability. Turnstone Press' online purchase payments are handled by Paypal payment services. After confirming your order, you will be forwarded to Paypal's secure payment portal.

All books sold by Turnstone Press are guaranteed against manufacturer defect. Products may be returned for an exchange within 7 days of your receipt. We do not refund shipping charges. Please notify us in advance that you would like to return or exchange a product, and the reason for your request. Orders may be canceled if Turnstone is contacted within three days of purchase. You may notify us via mail, e-mail, on-line form, phone or fax.

Booksellers, wholesalers and other institutions may place orders through Turnstone's distributor LitDistco. Our terms of trade as well as contact info for our regional sales reps is below.

Discounts:
Trade: 5 books > 40% | 4 books < 20%
Standing Orders: 20%

Freight Terms: 10 books > 50% freight | 9 books < full freight

Payment terms: Net 30 days from invoice date. A service charge of 1.5% per month (which is an annual percentage rate of 18%) may be applied to all past-due accounts at Turnstone Press’s discretion.

Special Event Terms: 40% discount, returnable; overstock must be returned within 30 days of the event in resaleable condition, free of retailer’s stickers. Payment must accompany return. Please contact the Turnstone Press head office regarding special event stock.

Returns Policy: Books may be returned for credit not before three months after invoice date and within 12 months of invoice date. Books must be in resaleable condition, free of retailer’s stickers and accompanied by invoice number. Prior permission is required for returns exceeding 100 books. All returns must be properly packaged and sent prepaid. A restocking fee of 3% may be applied at Turnstone’s discretion.
