Magpie Days wins best first book!

Turnstone Press is proud to announce that Magpie Days by Brenda Sciberras has won the 2014 Eileen McTavish Sykes Award for Best First Book by a Manitoba Author. We also want to congratulate all of our nominated authors of whom we are proud to have published. Founding member of Turnstone, editor and author Wayne Tefs was also posthumously awarded a lifetime achievement award at this year's ceremony.
